Company history
1959
In the post-war period, home refrigerators were a luxury. The USSR government decided to build one large refrigerator for the whole city of Belgorod.
On the 29-th of June, the first chiller warehouse was put into operation, it could store 3,218 tons of products.
1973
In May 1973, an ice cream factory was put into operation. It produced up to 12 tons of small bars and waffle cups per day.
Belgorod newspapers began to write about the factory and its achievements.

1996
The Italian extrusion line "Markline" has been installed.
We got variety of eskimo, but the real achievements came a bit later.
1998
The company became an open joint stock company.
And the price-list of ice cream expands to 40 items.
1999
The idea of an unusual, uncommon and cheerful brand came to the marketers of the factory.
23 June 2000
Birthd of «Fancy Cow» Trade mark and beginning of the era of new Russian ice cream.
2001 - 2003
The "Gram" line for the production of eskimo, ice cream rolls and cakes has been launched.
The "Tekno-Line-600" line has been acquired.
For the first time the threshold of 10,000 tons of ice cream sold per year was overcome.
2005 - 2011
A new multi-tier low temperature warehouse has been built for the storing of finished products for 2600 pallet positions.
New ice cream brands «Boomerang» and «Plombiero Vero» have been launched.
New lines have been mounted: «Tortika», «Havana», «Expert», «Grigoli Stick-in-line».
2011
Fancy cow changed her image.
2012
Under the Fancy Cow brand a new series of ice cream «According to the 1948 recipe» appeared.
Eskimo, small bars, waffle cone and waffle cup. Cardboard packaging is considered as a useful model by the Institute of Industrial Property.
On 25.01.2012 the first HASSP management system certificate was received, and since that time it was regularly confirmed every 3 years.

2014-2015
Reconstruction and modernization of production
A new Italian line TEKNO-ICE has been acquired, the refrigeration system has been upgraded, and the "Yo-Ice" range of ice cream - soft ice cream for the HoReCa segment - has been launched.
Local wastewater treatment facilities have been built.
2016
Fancy cow went to China
At the international exhibition SIAL China in Shanghai, Fancy Cow won the hearts of the local population. We started deliveries to Celestial empire.
2019
60-th anniversary of the enterprise.
The technological reconstruction of the factory was completed and a new boiler house was built.
We got even more squares, equipment and delicious ice cream.
2020
We take part in national project “Increasing labour productivity and employment support”
The company recruits new specialists and becomes more productive
We begin to provide logistics services
2022-2023
Plans for new low-temperature warehouses
+500 new warehouse pallet positions and implement of WMS-system, renewal of the equipment for production of new innovative items.
2023-2025
Plans to implement WMS - system, upgrade of the equipment fleet for the production of new innovative items.
2040
